layer5 Sticky Behavior for Currency Selector Dropdown

Description

The Currency Selector dropdown now remains visible and fixed in place while users scroll through the interface. This sticky behavior ensures quick and uninterrupted access to currency options at all times, improving usability and enhancing the overall user experience. Users can now switch currencies without needing to scroll back to the top of the page.
