[UI Enhancement] Add Previous/Next buttons to pagination component on resources page
Current Behavior
The pagination component on the Layer5.io resources page only displays numbered page buttons (1-11) without "Previous" and "Next" navigation buttons. This creates a less intuitive user experience, especially when there are many pages to navigate through.
Desired Behavior
The pagination component should include "Previous" and "Next" buttons alongside the numbered pagination to provide users with more intuitive navigation options. This would allow users to easily move forward or backward through pages without having to click specific page numbers.
