Multiple Overlapping Tooltips Appear on Hover

Description

When hovering over the tick and cross symbols in the Service Mesh , multiple overlapping tooltips appear instead of a single tooltip.

Expected Behavior

Only one clear tooltip should appear when hovering over a symbol.
