[WIP] blog for extending meshery models

Description

This PR fixes # Just a first draft to store the contents. Since it is my first blog I would request @Alero-Awani @hargunkaur286 to give it a read. Images are to be added. It's just the initial first draft lots of changes might be needed. Notes for Reviewers
