Gatsby v5 migration and merge conflicts resolved

Description

This PR fixes aims to migrate Layer5 website to gatsby v5 and react-18. Here I have worked upon #4646 and resolved the merge conflicts.

@Aviral0702 is the build failing only because we need to update mdx ? Why the emotion/style package has conflict dependency issue?
