External Link Enhancement

Description

On running Layer5 website locally, I saw External Link prompt like below

on searching out a bit, I found out that it is a suggestion from Gatsby to use HTML <a> when using External links.

Expected Behavior

<a> tag should be use for External Link (which will automatically remove the prompt)

Environment:

• Host OS: Ubuntu
• Browser: Chrome
• Note: Kindly assign it to me.
