[Home] Integrations column not visible in mobile view in "Manage your cloud native mess" section

Current Behavior

The integrations column is not visible in mobile view but is visible in desktop view Mobile View Desktop View

Desired Behavior

Make the integrations column into a row and show the integrations row below the content of the card.

@Ashparshp For the integrations column, should there only be one row in mobile form or is it still two going in the opposite directions? And if only one row is needed, does it matter if it goes from left to right or right to left?
