[UI] Pull tab enhancements for side menu

Make the bottom-most chevron to a pull tab, refer to Meshery UI Navigator
Desired State of the GetNighthawk.dev site
Convert left-align to make it a “pull tab” for the TOC drawer

@Chadha93 can you check the preview once, coz if those changes looks fine, you can merge that PR and edit this issue to make enhancements in the existing changes made after the merger of that PR :)
