Remove the nested linear-gradient and unify them in to one. Added a background animation and make it move from left to right.

@leecalcote I have no idea, I wasn't in the meeting.
I thought that was an internal review for the change and I was not invited or necessary to discuss the matter. (I thought those mentions were done by bots).
