[Docs] Add GitHub Actions page as a callout on MeshMap Snapshots page

Current State

Layer5 Cloud and Meshery integrate with GitHub in various ways. The MeshMap Snapshots page is missing a link pointing out the other available Meshery GitHub Actions.

Desired State

Add an "info" or "tip" style callout to the GitHub Actions page.
