Next download while converting

I allowed 1 parallel VOD download. Now that the video has downloaded, I wait until the first video is processed, which is not a fast process, and after a complete conversion, the second download from the queue begins. I think with this setting, a lot of resources will not be required to start download the second video, but I will save time.

Not a bad idea, but would probably need a minor task queue rewrite just like many other suggestions.
