Adjust Download Threads during download

Suggesting a "nice to have" sort of feature: The ability to adjust download threads up/down [or if easier, Maximum Thread Bandwidth] after a download has already been started.

Not sure about other users but I usually adjust the threads based on whether housemates are there and using bandwidth or not, so as to not disturb them unduly. Would be nice during longer downloads to be able to adjust up or down as the situation demands.
