as an editor I do want to compare my import against the publication document (by default) under certain circumstances

When a user clicks 'Show source' in the document view, either:

• the docx should be the default choice only when the document is a consolidation

or

• the publication document PDF should be the default (if there is one) when the document is the 'publication' point in time, with the docx as the fallback default

I suspect the second will be easier to implement.
