as an editor I want support for creating links

e.g. highlight text, click Markup | Create link and the editor generates the brackets and repeated text as necessary.

• [ ] escape /s, e.g. [https://laws.africa](https:\/\/laws.africa)
• [ ] recognise and insert mailto: for email addresses
• [ ] support using Ctrl+K
