I was thinking we could reuse the medusa map by @RandomBrushes with the texture replaced with this face from freedoom but re sculpted by me 
oh woops yeah this map https://github.com/lavenderdotpet/LibreQuake/pull/218 for some reason I thought this was the secret map
maybe medusa could be included as an extra or something
