Dear Ladar,

I have had a back and forth with Mannie at tech support over some time now. He is very nice and helpful when responsive. However average response time is 2+ weeks. I need to get this working and am getting frustrated. I would also be more inclined to help. Well... If there was some line of communication to do so. I apologize for using this as a backchannel and am your biggest fan (though admittedly very frustrated). Please contact me directly. Mannie should have all our correspondence, which I hope you can see.
