How to install matplotlib-cpp?

I'm using windows 10 and VScode. I have binaryx64 python3.9 installed along with python libraries like numpy, sympy, etc.

However, I'm new to c++ I do not know how to install another library like matplotlib-cpp in c++ for VScode on windows10

Please help me out and outline a procedure.
