Matrix messages don't appear in Minecraft chat

Hi, I just installed this plugin, in a 1.20.1 server.

The bridge works when players write, I see the messages in the Matrix chat room. However i cannot make it work the other way, i.e, someone in the Matrix server writing and their messages appearing inside the minecraft chat room.

Could someone give me some pointers on how to fix this?
