Features with include elements crash Safari page

The following features crash the rendering:

  • show-recently-pushed-branches-on-more-pages
  • split-issue-pr-search-results

These use <include> custom elements, which seems to ve related somehow.

The features are disabled by default, but it would be nice to support them.

I could not reproduce the crash in latest Safari Technology Preview, so I'm hoping that the disabled features can be enabled latest when Mac OS 10.16 is released.
