Congo name update

There a difference between congo and drc. congo: Republic of Congo and DRC: Democratic Republic of Congo, these are two different countries, the display must be clearly specified.

@AdalbertPungu This problem is not really to manage at the level of this code, it is rather a problem related to the data which comes from Github, to make the difference between the two Congo, the Congolese users must be explicit by specifying their location what will be detected automatically like another country.

basically have a location like COD, or COG (Congo Brazza) will facilitate the process. to summarize it is a problem with data only
