when searching for most commits in Libya i found users who are lebanese in Tripoli, Lebanon ; rather than in the Tripoli: The capital of Libya. Seems there is a confusion about Tripoli : capital of Libya and a city in Lebanon

@Tarek-Bohdima I'm not sure how to do that, probably implementing exclude? Would appreciate a PR which does this similar to what's done for Egypt.
