That file exists (https://github.com/laurilehmijoki/s3_website/releases/download/v3.3.0/s3_website.jar), it just takes a while (it's ~90MB) and there's no visible feedback. Wait it out & it'll continue eventually :)

when i run s3_website push it immediately crashes at this point. so i'm downloading the file manually. Where should i be placing it?

Run bundle show s3_website to point you to the install location ⚡️
