D.O usernames with @ signs in them are having their commits ignored.

It's actually all d.o. usernames with a commit mention with @ in the commit or all after the @ who are having their commits ignored.

You can confirm by grepping git log for any of the above usernames (again, possibly after the @, I haven't checked):

$ git log | grep <username>
