[Android] In-page links don't work if clicked in succession

Current behaviour

In Android, when an in-page link is clicked, that link will not work if clicked again.

1. Click link A to jump to Section A
2. Click link A again, but the program does not jump to Section A
3. Click link B to jump to Section B
4. At this point, clicking link A again will jump to section A, but clicking link B again will not jump to Section B

Expected behaviour

Clicking a link should always jump to the relevant section.
