WebClipper Capture formatting issues

I am trying to capture Q/A from one of the StackExchange site but captured results are losing all formatting.

Steps to reproduce

Try 1: Capture simple page: Output: Only captures answer text in question is not included.

Try 2 Capture Full Page (HTML or Markdown) Output: Captured note lost all formatting:

Try 3: Capture selection Output: same as Try 2

Environment

Joplin 2.8.8 (prod, win32)
