Slow upload speed on re-upload to Joplin Cloud

Open seece opened this issue 1 year ago • 2 comments

Environment

Joplin version: 2.7.15 (prod. linux) Platform: Linux OS specifics: Xubuntu 22.04

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a notebook with roughly 2000 notes
  2. Set Max concurrent connections to 10
  3. Set up sync credentials with Joplin Cloud
  4. Sync all notes
  5. Re-sync your data with Tools > Options > Synchronization > Re-upload local data to sync target
  6. Restart Joplin like asked

Describe what you expected to happen

Sync finishes in 120 seconds like on the first run.

What actually happens

After 1000 notes or so upload speed slows down to 1-2 seconds per note:

Created remote items: 1878. Completed: 28.07.2022 12:03 (1025s)

This is roughly 9x slower than before.

Logfile

I don't have the full debug log because I can't afford to wait for yet another full sync but here's what was printed in the debug console: uploadlog.txt
