"Start application minimized in the tray icon" shouldn't be toggleable when "Show tray icon" is disabled
"Start application minimized in the tray icon" doesn't work unless "Show tray icon" is enabled, but you can still turn it on/off independently, and could lead to some confusion about the functions of each option. "Start application minimized in the tray icon" can look like it's enabled even if it's not doing anything.
Environment
Joplin version: 2.7.15 Platform: Windows OS specifics: 10
Steps to reproduce
- Go to Options > Application
- Toggle "Start application minimized in the tray icon" and "Show tray icon" on and off and see that they work independently of each other

"Start application minimized in the tray icon" should only be toggleable when "Show tray icon" is enabled
