Bulleted List Loses Formatting in Table [WYSIWYG editor]

Environment

Joplin version: 2.6.10 Platform: Linux OS specifics: Ubuntu 21.10/Linux Kernel 5.13

Steps to reproduce

1. Create test note
2. Create 3x3 (any size) table
3. Create list in one of the table cells
4. Highlight the list and convert list to bulleted list
5. Select another note
6. Go back to the original test note with the 3x3 table
7. The bulleted list no longer functions as a bulleted list and hitting [enter] simply goes to the next line

Describe what you expected to happen

I would expect the bulleted list to continue and retain the bulleted formatting.
