Make it so that "Purple list" address cannot donate on Giveth.io

So frustrating... I can't seem to sign in with metmask on next.giveth.io... on with Torus. and Torus isn't working for me... so I can't sign in at all....  

If a user is trying to donate to a verified project with a not-whitelisted GIVbacks token, they get a popup explaining that they might not get GIVbacks
