Add option to show separate vote counts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now you can only have total vote counts for posts and comments. I think seeing the separate up and down votes paints a better picture of how liked or disliked a post/comment is. It is also the default behaviour of Lemmy in comments.
