VS Code Extension w/ validation & autocomplete

Thoughts on featureset:

  • Allow validation of app-config live, for user to spot problems right away
  • Full parsing extension support so that vs code sees, for example, $env values correctly
  • Autocomplete of object properties
  • Snippets for directives
