Want add an ability to make sql output come with query parameters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a slow query occurs but you don't know what parameters were used for this query it can be a bit frustrating.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great if there was a configuration item that would allow the output sql to be accompanied by query parameters.

Describe alternatives you've considered Taking mysql related source code as an example, QueryLogger::new passes in only the sql string, if it can be accompanied by argument here, or the sql passed in already contains the information of the query parameter, so that the combination of the entire execution time of the sql would be nice.

Additional context
