stashing changes crashes gitx

When I try to stash any changes, with or without a message, GitX crashes.

Same here. Another probably related case was when neither the cancel nor stash button would work.

I've tracked down this issue to the commit number 65ef3f592ac452c5ee4c48020a06c2784e25c784, where the conversion to ARC was done. It's a massive commit and I'm not sure how to debug the problem. @laullon, do you have any thoughts on that? Thanks!
