Preview binary files (images) in tree view and stage views

The "detail" view nicely shows changed images, as images.

Switching to "tree" view doesn't support this yet and just says "... appears to be a binary file"

In the staging view images are also not previewed, instead with the message "Can not display changes (Binary file?)"
