adds month_name/1 function to Date module

Hey Lau! Title is pretty self-explanatory. I'd understand if you don't think it's necessary considering that using Calendar.Strftime.strftime!(date, "%B", lang) really isn't that verbose, but I'd definitely consider it a handy function.
