Setting secrets in Latitude Cloud

Feature Description

As a user I need to be able to define secrets in my Latitude Cloud environment in order to support applications that rely on secrets.

Goal of Feature

Support use cases where deployments rely on environment secrets

Current Solution / Workarounds

Right now you have to hardcode your secrets in code if you want to deploy them to Latitude Cloud, not ideal if you are committing your code to potentially public places like Github.
