Add Source maps to CLI Sentry

What?

We want to have more clarity in the errors we see on Sentry. Now we only see the compiled version of the CLI in one big file. But we can't see what part of the cli failed.

There's an official GitHub action that we might use https://github.com/marketplace/actions/sentry-release#examples
