Icons in avahi-discover.desktop are not icons for applications

In avahi-discover.desktop, network-wired is specified as the icon file, but this is not the icon for the application. It is not an appropriate icon to display in the desktop application list. Could you please specify an icon for the application? For example, preferences-system-network.
