Compilation output with most recent texlive:

/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/newtx/newtxmath.sty:569: LaTeX Error: Command `\arrowvert' already defined.

Your problem should be fixed when using the config.tex from the master branch instead of using the latest release. (It fixed the issue for me)

We disabled it (% in front) and also disabled amssymb.
