ucharcat not required anymore

Description

The description on CTAN says

As well as running XeTeX or LuaTeX, this package requires recent versions of the fontspec, expl3, xpackages, ucharcat and lualatex-math packages.

but it actually doesn't require ucharcat anymore according to CHANGES.md. Thought it would be helpful to change the description.
