Add explicit lengths to WordSpace and PunctuationSpace

Would be good to be able to write

 WordSpace={5pt,2pt,1pt}

as well as the current syntax. Note here that when we write

WordSpace={5pt}

then we'd best scale the other two values by the ratio of the specified to the nominal value for the current WordSpace.
