[Feature request] Support searching a specific tool/tech by name

Right now, the only way to inspect a specific tool is to browse the collections. It is not very convenient for a guy who is not familiar with the categorization.

My thought is to support searching by name, as all data are nicely aligned in the data.json, and they all have name, so it should not be too hard.
