is this issue fixed and have it merged to yuzu 1124 2022-08-06? Cuz as far as I see, there's no improvement on it...

I do believe that you have to inject CIAngel to H&S (just like the way FBI is installed) in order for it to run

Well I just did it like that somehow, tried installing through FBI,=>try downloading => error, try inject CIAngel to H&S through godmode9 => try downloading => succeed The guy issue...

Also mine is O3DS, might it be different because of that :p
