[VS Code] Running a cell that hasn't saved the prompt, unclear error message

When running a cell that hasn't been saved to the prompt in VS Code, the error message in unclear.

@andrew-lastmile if you click the details button, does it show the error exception in the outputs tab? VSCode notifications don't allow a sub-message unless they're done as a modal (which would be bad UX). As an alternative we've added the 'Details' button which opens the Outputs tab and should show the full exception message
