@BrianLeishman Not doubting this won't be useful to someone, but I think if he's posting here (instead of some of the other murmurhash extensions) a link to a polyfil might be more appropriate ;)

Lol true, you're probably right, but this is something that I stumbled upon when I was trying to find the answer (be it in php, c++, whatever as long as it's get done) and since I had to roll it in my own I figured maybe I'll save someone else the trouble :)
