Breaking change from KMST 1.2.1176: Both Mob and Skill data structure are now encrypted.

Both Mob_000.wz and Skill_000.wz are now moved there and seems RSA encrypted, which of course broke most of tools that could handle WZ file. My guess is NX doesn't want us edit or do data mining from WZ files.
