fix local demo

readme.md refers to many demos on jsfiddle.net. They are all dead, because they try to load js over insecure HTTP. This PR places the demos under /demo folder, and changed to refer to the local copy of roofpig_and_three.min.js at the root of the repo. So it is easier to view the behaviour against different versions of js under test.
