Blank page when no internet is available

When no internet connection is available(*), the web UI just shows a blank page. The internet connection is needed to load the libraries, I guess adding them to the local MIME repository would be overkill, but OTOH it would be nice to show a message of sorts. Low priority issue regardless.

(*) I discovered this while trying to use it on a flight... in the cloud, so to speak
