Add possibility to call webhooks for push events

The project SAPUI5-Deployer from Graham Robinson provides an HTTP Handler (YCL_GITHUB_WEBHOOK_HANDLER) which can be added as an SICF Note at /sap/zui5deployer. The payload sent by the webhook should be similar to the GitHub PushEvent.
