fuzzy-search param not carried from original config to resulting genetic config on training

If you use the genetic training mode based on a basic configuration (e.g. config.xml) the resulting trained configuration (e.g. genetic.xml) loses the "fuzzy-search" parameter in the databases block.

This makes that once you start deduping that it all of a sudden takes very long.
